DISCOVER G-DASE E
G-dase E is an engineered class II type V CRISPR nuclease with RNA-guided collateral DNA/RNAse activity for targeted cell depletion.
Its novel mode of action opens up application fields in therapeutics (e.g. cancer treatment) and diagnostics, but is also highly synergistic with other genome editing applications by efficiently depleting unedited cells.
G-dase E activity has already been demonstrated in several organisms (bacteria, yeasts, fungi and human cells).
